Tips from the Air
This article has several tips on how to navigate the airline system. The industry is one large game that you should know how to play. This helps.

Lonely Planet...A Fraud

One of the writers from Lonely Planet wrote about Colombia from his place in San Francisco. If you can't write something authentic, don't write it at all. I still love the books.

Are We Crazy
A flight attendant that writes a regular column for MSNBC has some interesting requests from customers. Are we really that dumb? No wonder the world thinks we are snotty, self centered, and don't have a clue.

Triathlon
I think I had a personal record a bit over a week ago in a 5 mile race. It felt great. So far, the training I have been doing has been going so well. I look forward to breaking more personal records. I was 91st overall, 17th in my age group, and had a mile split of 7:36.
