New Zealand has a new Prime Minister. After a election that saw the National Party come to power and move the country to a center right position, the Labour leader, and exiting Prime Minister Helen Clark has called it quits. Clark resigned as Labour leader during a speech after election results on Saturday evening. John Key, a former banker, will lead the country over the next three years. He stands firmly conservative on fiscal matters and tends to be liberal with social positions.
