Mt Tauhara

On Sunday, Pete, Braden and I decided it was time we climbed Mt. Tauhara. Mt Tauhara can be seen all across the city, it rises to about 1088M/3569FT. It can be seen all over the area and looks great.

The trail starts in a cow field and then gets very steep. So steep we had to catch our breaths a few times. Then it goes through a strange area that looks very creepy. Finally, you reach the windy cold top. It is very majestic and you can see for miles.
